How Does the Pay At Closing Option work?
ProStaged has partnered with a company that makes this process seamless! It only takes approximately 1 minute to fill out, once we send you the link. They will do a "soft pull" of your credit file, which means NO impact to your credit score! As long as you are at the minimum of 640, 90% are approved! You will be issued a line of credit, that you can pay for our services as well as many other vendors, as long as it has to do with the sell of your house!
Step 1
Request one of our staging options! Fill out the request on our "Request Service" page. We ask you a few questions that will help us determine which package/option will you serve you best! Once we receive that, we will contact you ASAP!
Step 2
We will contact you after we receive your Request Service info. We will then send you an email with the contract for services which lays out the process of partnering with ProStaged . Please sign and email back to us ASAP! Once we receive your signed contract, we will send you the link to sign up for the "Pay At Closing Option". Click on link to sign up!
Step 3
Once we receive your signed contract, we will schedule an initial walk -thru to begin staging your house! We will put together a tailored design that will work for your house according to the market in your area! We will schedule a specific Staging Day to stage your house ASAP!
Step 4
Once your house is sold, we will schedule a " move out" day to remove our inventory. You will go to closing and pay for the "Pay At Closing Option" third party Vendor you got the personal loan from there! Very simple process , it is a WIN WIN for YOU!!
